Below is a short guideline on how to add a subscription to a customer in the back-office.
Log into admin. salescloud.is.
- Navigate to Customers in the panel on the left hand side.
- Find the customer in question and click on Old Profile on the right hand side. This will take you to a new tab in your browser.
- In the new tab click on Subscriptions.
- Now click on Add Subscription at the top of the screen above the customer's name.
- There are three sections; General, Pricing, and State.

This field is optional - Subscribed to*
Here you select the subscription - Payer*
By default the payer is the customer you are on but can be changed here if someone else is going to pay for the subscription. Keep in mind that if someone else should be the payer they must already exist as a customer. - Receiver*
By default the receiver is the customer you are on but can be changed here if someone else will be using the subscription. Keep in mind that if someone else should be the receiver they must already exist as a customer.

- Next payment due*
This is the date when the first payment is due. Keep in mind that an order is not created until this date. - Cycle
Tells you the number of payments the customer has successfully made (should be 1 for a new customer). The number increases each time the subscription is renewed. - Cycles
Determines the total number of payments if the subscription does not have an end period. You can for example set this to 6 if the customer is only supposed to make 6 payments but the subscription does not have an end period. Otherwise it should be set to 0. - Units*
Determines the amount of units. Should be 1 unless the customer is paying for/receiving more than one subscription. - Recurring Price
This field is left blank unless the customer should pay a different recurring price then set on the subscription item. - Discount
If the customer has a percentage discount that can be set here. (Only but in while numbers in this field.)

Checked by default. Tells us the subscription is renewed automatically. - Status
Checked by default. Tells us the subscription is active.
