Change the expiration date of a gift card

In this article we go over how to change the expiration date of issued gift cards

1. Navigate to Promotions -> Gift cards in the left hand panel
2. Find the gift card in question. You can put the relevant gift card code in the search bar or filter by the following:
   1. Amount
   2. Date created
   3. Customer Name
   4. Customer Email
   5. Item title
3. Once you have found the relevant gift card, select it and then click on EDIT in the upper right corner. A pop up window will appear where you can change the expiration year and month of the gift card. Make the changes and then click SAVE.
