Control whether or not products are sold online, in store, or through eTags or simply disable them.
In the back-office navigate to Products -> Items, click on the item in question.
Activate or Disable items
- Click on the lighting or gear icon in the upper right corner to enter edit mode.
- At the bottom of the edit window you will see a toggle for "Active" or "Disabled" - it depends on the state of the product. As soon as you click the toggle it will change to indicate the new status. Then click Save
- Note that if you have more than one location, this will effect all locations.
Sell online / in store / in eTags
- Click on the lighting or gear icon in the upper right corner to open the Edit window
- Under Availability you can find four different toggles for different sales platforms.
- Sell online: Determines whether the item can be sold through online means or not (SalesCloud Store and Schedule).
- Sell in store: Determines whether the item can be sold through POS.
- Sell in Etags: Determines whether the item can be sold through POS. Etags.
- Sell in Kiosk: Determines whether the item can be sold through Kiosk
- When you have made your changes, click on Save.
