How to enable or disable a product

Control whether or not products are sold online, in store, or through eTags or simply disable them.

In the back-office navigate to Products -> Items, click on the item in question.

Activate or Disable items

  1. Click on the lighting or gear icon in the upper right corner to enter edit mode.
  2. At the bottom of the edit window you will see a toggle for "Active" or "Disabled" - it depends on the state of the product. As soon as you click the toggle it will change to indicate the new status. Then click Save

    1. Note that if you have more than one location, this will effect all locations.

Sell online / in store / in eTags

  1. Click on the lighting or gear icon in the upper right corner to open the Edit window
  2. Under Availability you can find four different toggles for different sales platforms.
    • Sell online: Determines whether the item can be sold through online means or not (SalesCloud Store and Schedule).
    • Sell in store: Determines whether the item can be sold through POS.
    • Sell in Etags: Determines whether the item can be sold through POS. Etags. 
    • Sell in Kiosk: Determines whether the item can be sold through Kiosk

  3. When you have made your changes, click on Save.
