Defining whether a product is available online/in store

Have a product that is only available in store, not online?

  1. Log into your back office (admin.salescloud.is) and navigate to Products -> Items
  2. Click on the item in question and open Quick Edit (the lightning icon in the upper right corner)
  3. Toggle Sell online / Sell in store on/off.
    Sell online: Toggling this off does not disable the product it only makes it so that the product does not appear online.
    Sell in store: Toggling this off does not disable the product it only makes it so that the product does not appear in the POS.
  4. Click Save.
