      Forgot Password

      What to do when you have forgotten your password

      1. Go to the SalesCloud login page (admin.salescloud.is)
      2. Click on Forgot password?
      3. Fill in the e-mail address associated with your account and click E-mail new password
      4. The page will reload with a message stating that if the e-mail address the you put in is connected to an "account, an email will be sent with instruction to reset your password".there you can find a green sentence where it says Forgot password? and there you can reset your password.
      5. Go to your email inbox and open the link in the email (keep in mind at may take a few minutes for the email to be delivered).
      6. The link will take you to a page where you can reset your password. Once you have done so click Back to SalesCloud Admin.
        1. Do not change anything other than your password.
      7. Now log out and log back in.
