How to add SSN (kennitala) on a receipt in Back-office
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to add SSN on a receipt in Back-office
- First, log into admin.salescloud.is
- If the customer is not already set up in SalesCloud he will have to be added before continuing. You'll find the information you need for adding a new customer here.
- Navigate to Sales > Orders
- Find the order you want to update. Click on View which is on the far right side of the order display. Information on the order will come up and on the right side under the orderID you will see Anonymous and a pencil icon. Click on the pencil and a pop up window with Order Owner comes up. Choose the correct customer and click on SAVE.
- The order receipt will now have the correct name and SSN.
