How to create a category

Navigate to Store -> Categories and click on Add category.

1. Navigate to Products -> Categories and click on Add category. Under basic info you give the category its name. It is not necessary to put a description. This is mainly used if the category is used online or on eTags.
2. Under settings you set the sorting weight of the category, whether or not it is administrative (if it is set to administrative the category does not appear in the app) and if you should be able to split the products in the category in half (i.e. if the category contains pizzas).
3. Under advanced settings you can set the accounting and primary color of the category. Neither of which is necessary. 
4. Under parent categories you set the category in which the one your are creating should be nestled under.
5. Category image is currently disabled.
6. Under opening hours you set the category opening hours. This only applies if the category is displayed online or on eTags.
7. Finally, save your new category.
