How to create a free gift card

Need to create a bunch of gift cards to donate to a school Bingo night? In this article you will find step-by-step instructions on how to do that.

1. Log into your back office.
2. Navigate to Giftcards in the left hand panel.
3. Click on Add giftcard
4. A window will appear with four steps;
   1. 1: Item
      1. Define how many gift cards to want to generate
      2. Select the gift card item you want to give
      3. Define the amount
   2. 2: Customer
      1. Fill in the name, email and phone number of the receiver. (Keep in mind that an email is sent per gift card, so if you are generating 100 gift cards, 100 emails will be sent.)
   3. 3: Validity
      1. Set the expiration date of the gift card
   4. 4: Distribution
      1. Click Create gift cards to send it/them out.
5. Once you have created your gift card(s) it/they will appear in the active list. Here you can see that status of each gift card, add credit to it, disable it or send it.
