      How to disable a giftcard

      Issued gift cards can be disabled by...

      1. Navigate to Promotions -> Gift Cards in the panel on the left
      2. Find the gift card in question
      3. Select the gift card then click DISABLE in the upper right corner.

      Need to do it in-bulk?

      1. Click on the running man icon next to the search bar and then select the relevant gift cards.
      2. Click on the drop down menu to the right that says Action
      3. Choose Disable and then click Configure action. A pop up window will appear telling you how many gift cards you are about to disable. Click Perform action on X items to complete the action. Once the selected gift cards have been disabled a success message will be displayed.
