How to disable a subscription

If a customer wants to cancel his subscription, here is a quick guide on how to disable a subscription on a customer.

  1. Log into admin.salescloud.is
  2. Navigate to Customers and find the correct customer in the system. Click on Old Profile on the right side
  3. A new tab will open with the customers profile. Click on the Subscriptions tab to view that customers subscriptions.
  4. At the far right side of each subscription you will see an Edit button and next to it three dots. When you click the three dots a drop down menu appears with a Cancel option. Click it and the system will ask you to confirm an actual cancellation so you click cancel again.
  5. To make sure that the subscription has truly been cancelled you can click the Edit button.
  6. Information regarding the customer and the subscription will come up and at the bottom you will see a section called State and there you uncheck both Auto and Status and then press Save.
