If a customer wants to cancel his subscription, here is a quick guide on how to disable a subscription on a customer.
- Log into admin.salescloud.is
- Navigate to Customers and find the correct customer in the system. Click on Old Profile on the right side
- A new tab will open with the customers profile. Click on the Subscriptions tab to view that customers subscriptions.
- At the far right side of each subscription you will see an Edit button and next to it three dots. When you click the three dots a drop down menu appears with a Cancel option. Click it and the system will ask you to confirm an actual cancellation so you click cancel again.
- To make sure that the subscription has truly been cancelled you can click the Edit button.
- Information regarding the customer and the subscription will come up and at the bottom you will see a section called State and there you uncheck both Auto and Status and then press Save.
