If you need an overview of invoices made out to a customer, here is how you export it from SalesCloud.
Log into admin.salescloud.is
- Navigate to Sales > Invoices
- Use "Filter" to find the correct customer by choosing Name (the name must be exactly like it is written in the customer profile so it is good to do copy paste from there).
- If you are only looking for invoices for a specific time period you can "Filter" again and use Date created (the date from and to are based on 00:00 so if you want all of November you will set from 01/11/2023 and to 01/12/2023).
- When you have the list of invoices you click on "Export"
- A pop up will appear where you can choose the columns you want to export, we recommend choosing the following :
- Created
- Invoice number
- Customer SSN
- Customer address.name.line
- Order Total amount
- Balance amount.
- Once you have selected the relevant columns, click EXPORT. Now you have a summary list of invoices in excel form.
