Here is a short guideline on how to filter your reports to find the data that you need.
There are two main platforms for reports, Dashboard and Sales > Reports
1. Dashboard. There are various reports that you can set up on your Dashboard. To find out more about setting up your own Dashboards, click here.
At the top of the Dashboard you have three filters, Period / Channels / Time of day
When different platforms are created on your back-office, different channels are created for different platforms. If you have POS and eTags, you will have two different channels that will carry the name of platform. This is so it is easier for you to see specifically what sales go through what platform. If you have multiple locations there will be a different channel for each location carrying the name of the location.
2. Sales > Reports. In the End of Day section you will have your highlights, a report to show different aspects in a single page. There is the Gross Revenue, Partially Paid Orders, Payments, Giftcards Usage, Invoiced, Items, Sales Tax. When filtering the top section it will affect all of those reports. The filters that are available are period: From - To, Time: Start time - End time and Channel. The difference from the Dashboard is that the time filter can be customized.
