How to give a free ticket to an event
If your customer does not already exist, start by creating the customer. Here are instructions on how to create customers.

Navigate to Bookings -> Calendar

Above the calendar is your location selector. Make sure to be on the location in question.

Click on ADD BOOKING in the upper right corner

Fill in the phone number, e-mail and name of the customer

Select the event in question.

Double check that the right date is selected, as well as the amount of tickets (quantity) and set arrival to the start of the event.

Finally, click Save. The customer will receive an e-mail containing their ticket.
