How to export sales reports for DK

Here you will find the information needed to export your sales from Salescloud for DK import.

1. Log into admin.salescloud.is
2. Navigate to Reports
3. There you can find two reports that can be exported, Credit vs debit by month and Debit vs Credit by days (Beta). Choose the report that best suits your import frequency.
4. Those reports should balance to 0 at the bottom before exporting. If there are any balances an orange triangle will show at the top right corner of the report. 
   
   
5. Click on the triangle and a list of orders will appear indicating which orders need to be checked and corrected. 
6. When all orders have been corrected (if needed) click on the XLS at the top right corner of the report to export.
