How to refund a payment made online
If a payment was made online, a refund can be given through the back office.

In the left hand panel go to Sales -> Payments.

Find the payment in question and click on it

Click Cancel to issue a refund.
Please note that it can take up to 5 business days for the money to return to the customers account.
