How to refund a payment through POS

Payments made through POS can only be refunded through POS and only if the customer is still on location.

  1. A payment has been processed that needs to be refunded.

  2. In the app go to Orders list → Closed and choose the order in question

  3. The line items that have been payed for have a check mark next to them, hold in each line item that you wish to refund and choose Refund.

  4. Once you have selected all line items you wish to refund, tap the green pay button.

  5. The customer then inserts their bank card to retrieve the refund.
