With an unpaid order you can send a PayLink to a customer. There are two different ways to find your unpaid order.
Before you start the process of sending a Paylink please make sure that a payment gateway is set up in your back-office, contact salescloud@salescloud.is if you require a payment gateway.- Log into admin.salescloud.is and navigate to Sales -> Orders Advanced
- You will see that a time period is already defined. If your order is older than that period then you must clear the dates and put in new parameters.
- You can either click on the dates to change them or click on Clear filter to start over with new filters. Please note, if you clear the date filter the software will search for all orders from the beginning. We recommend refining the dates as need and then adding a second filter (e.g. total amount) if needed.
- To add a filter click filter and choose one of the following:
- Created (selected by default)
- Total Amount
- Order Id
- Order UUID
- Channel
- Customer Name
- Customer Phone
- Customer Email
- Customer SSN
- Table/Unit
- Balance Amount
- Paid Amount
- Coupon
- Sequence
- Origin
- There are several tabs to view orders; All, New, Pending, Processing, Completed, Delivered, Pending Payment, Cancelled, and Cart.
- If your order has no payment and no attempt of payment you will find it under "ALL".
- If your order has previous attempts of payment, you will find it under "PENDING PAYMENT" in the header (7th option in the header row).
- Once you have found the relevant unpaid order, click on it. On the right hand side you will see the order details. In the upper right corner you will see a button that says PAYLINK, click on it. A pop up window will appears.
- Channel: If a channel is not already selected then select one.
- Language: Choose the language of the email
- You can write a message to the customer if you choose.
- Email: If an email address is already registered to the order it will appear in the window but this can be changed if you would like the PayLink to be sent to a different email address.
- You can either copy the link to send in an email or click SEND PAYLINK for the system to send out an email with a PayLink.
