There are several ways to go about finding a particular receipt in order to send it to a customer.
Start by logging into the back office.
Method 1: The customer way
- Navigate to Customers in the panel on the left hand side.
- Find the customer in question either by scrolling through the list or using the search bar above the list. Once you have found the customer in question click on their name to get the customer info to appear on the right hand side.
- In the customer info click on Old profile. This will open up a new browser tab.
- In the newly opened browser tab click on Orders. Here you will find a list the customers order.
- Find the relevant order and check the box on the far left (you will need to click on the right side of the box).
- When you have checked the box, scroll all the way down and click on Choose an Operation. A drop down menu will appear
- Choose Send Receipt and APPLY ON SELECTED ITEMS. If the customer has an email already logged the email will be sent to that email, but if you want to change the email and send it somewhere else you can enter a new email in the To* field.
Method 2: The payment way
- Navigate to Sales -> Payments on in the panel on the left hand side.
- You can scroll to find the payment or if you know the exact amount and date you can filter by those.
- Once you find the relevant payment click on it to display the payment details on the right hand side.
- In the payment details, click on Order ID to view the order.
- In the upper right corner of the order, click on Receipt.
- A window will appear where you can either copy the link to the receipt or put in the customers email address and send the receipt directly to them.
Method 3: The orders way
- In the left h and panel click on Sales -> Orders Advanced.
- Find the relevant order by either scrolling, using the search bar, or filter options.
- Once you have found the order in question click on it to view the order.
- In the upper right corner of the order, click on Receipt.
- A window will appear where you can either copy the link to the receipt or put in the customers email address and send the receipt directly to them.
