How to set up InExchange

If your customer wants to invoices in XML format (electronic invoicing) here are the steps to complete in back-office.

In order to send invoices through InExchange the App must be downloaded, please email us at salescloud@salescloud.is with a request and we will set it up. 

It costs 2.500 kr per month as well as 25 kr per invoice.

After the App has been installed, the customers that wish to receive invoices via InExchange must have the following fields checked and/or filled out;

    1. Invoicable
    2. Deliver to InExchange
    3. E-mail address. Please note that your customer must be a known recipient within InExchange.

To check if a customer is configured accordingly:

  1. go to Customers,
  2. find the customer in question.
  3. Under Contact, make sure that the email is filled out.
  4. Scroll down to Invoicing to verify that "Invoicable" and "Deliver to InExchange" is checked.
  5. If your customer also wants an invoice via email you can also check the "Deliver Invoice"
