How to limit items to a location

In this article we go over how to limit the locations a product is available at

You may have multiple locations and a slightly different product availability at each location. In such cases you limit products to locations. You can set the location on products one by one or using a bulk action.

Navigate to Products -> Items

One by one

1. Find the product in question
2. Click on the lightning bolt icon in the upper right corner to open Quick edit
3. Define the location in Sell in location. Keep in mind that if the product is available at all locations then this field should be left blank.
4. Save

Bulk action

1. Click on the Running man icon next to the search bar
2. Select every product you wish to define the location of
3. Click on the Action dropdown menu and choose Sell in location
4. Click Configure action
5. Choose the relevant locations and then click Perform actions.
