Logging in for the first time

Welcome to SalesCloud! Follow these instructions to log in for the first time.

Welcome to SalesCloud! Once your back-office has been set up you should receive an email with your username (1), the name of the person that added you (2), and the name of your organization (3). 

  1. Clicking log in will open a tab in your web browser and take your here. Click Forgot Password to configure your password.
  2. Put in the email address the initial invitation email was sent to and click E-MAIL NEW PASSWORD
  3. The page will reload to display this message.

    Navigate to your inbox and click the link in the email from SalesCloud. The content of the email should look something like this:
  4. The link will take you to a one time log in page. Click on LOG IN to set your password
  5. Here you can change your username, email address, password. Once you have made the necessary changes, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save. Do not make any other changes.
