Here is a short guideline on what actions you can take when working on your Staff List.
Any Staff member that has used the Clockin/Clockout option in the POS will automatically be added to the list. When clicking on the specific staff member you will get more information on the right handside of the screen.
Work will show you all shifts for that staff member. You have the date and time and then further right you will have the total time of shift and if needed the pen to make changes.
Summary will give you the option of choosing a specific time period and then export the data to either PDF or XLS. If you staff member has email you can email them their hours directly.
At the top you can "Add work" for if a staff member forgets to clock in. You can also edit each staff members settings under "Edit"
There you have :
- Personal : Name and SSN/Kennitala
- Contact : Phone number and email
- Permissions : Pin code (for staff log in), Allowed Discounts (in the POS), POS admin (gives access to settings in POS if checked) and Hide in Epos (Does not come up in Staff list in POS if checked)
- Rates : Hourly Rates for Standard / Evening / Weekend / Public Holidays / Major Public holidays
